A Three Minute Meditation

As the year comes to a close, it’s natural to think back on the events of the past 11 months. I’ve found that one of the most powerful forms of reflection is turning within to access to our innermost wisdom. This wisdom resides in our heart, beyond the ego and thinking mind, where so many of us habitually reside. We’re often trained to live in our heads (I get it – working in media and medicine in NYC), so it can take extra effort to reconnect with our hearts and decipher our intuition. But it’s so worth it!

When I was 16, I learned a simple meditation practice that helped me journey inward, and I’m honored to share this practice with you. I invite you to take three minutes now to access your innate wisdom. It’s my sincere wish that honoring it will help guide you to even deeper fulfillment.
